Most sessions I book are 50 minutes sesisons. You are welcome to book a half session or add a half session onto the 50 minute session as some folks like to do.

Sliding Scale
I offer a sliding scale for students and folks who are under employed. If you’re not sure if you qualify, feel free to reach out and ask! Contact me

Check your insurance.
I offer therapy as a registered social worker (RSW) with a masters of social work (MSW). Most insurance plans include registered social workers but some do not.
If you’re not sure if your insurance plan covers counselling or therapy with an MSW/RSW, you can check under the extended health section of your companies website or their insurance brochure, or contact either your insurance provider or HR representative and ask.
